the pancakes and scones were fantastic. the hotel's location was very central, to the greenway in westport. it was also really close to the lobby/restaurant and many shops around the town including central and county mayo and galway.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice and the location was marvellous close to everything. My bed was extremely comfy and the room was generous sized with bath...

easy access to parks and scenic landmarks made the stay nice
The hotel's proximity to Westport House and the fine park views really enhanced my weekend strolls, making it easy to immerse myself in nature and history, while I also appreciated the good ambiance of the nearby Quay Gallery, where I lingered to enjoy some local art.

Lovely and convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent swimming pool. Excellent breakfast in bright dining room with views.
This hotel is obviously family friendly with even a playroom off the lobby but there were too many children running about and even in the bar area. Bedroom decor becoming a bit dated.

The location is great and stunning, at a moderate distance from The Octagon. The rooms are airy with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff are sympathetic.

Appreciated my time here and recommend this place. It was bright and relaxing, good enough for a wedding ceremony. All the services were exceptional! I could park the car on-site. The restaurant here was great at both the bar and restaurant.

The hotel was very convenient and we were able to book in earlier than the stated time.the hotel was warm and the time of year meant it was quiet and relaxed atmosphere.my greatest praise is of the young pool assistant that was very helpful when my swimsuit snapped and he offered me a replacement for my swim.overall a nice relaxing two days with great accessibilty to nature.
On arrival the entrance was closed off due to a front door renovation yet all other doors were closed also and a visitor in the bar graciously got upto let us in. this happened twice. At breakfast my husband ordered scrambled eggs for us both and despite those around us recieved theirs, we were assured that they were on their way but after a long wait we left the table having not recieved the scrambled egg.

Location is close to my business venue and it was quiet.
Would like to see some upgrades, particulary guest rooms doors and bathrooms.

Bar was nice.. Pool was nice gym was decent... Staff very friendly...
Beds were too hard... Construction left a lot dust.. Cup and tea spoons were dirty at breakfast ... Toilet paper in bathrooms was very poor quality.. Just the small things were lacking....
